RELAXING MASSAGE

For a blissful rested feeling, we recommend a Swedish or Therapeutic massage.

HEALING MASSAGE

To aid healing of muscle or soft tissue, we recommend a Deep Tissue or Therapeutic massage.

PAIN MANAGEMENT

To reduce muscle or joint pain, we recommend an Therapeutic and Deep Tissue massage.

In addition to offering a full list of massage therapies, we also offer some a la carté Massage Add-on services such as: Scalp Massage, Foot Massage, Hand Massage and Dry Cupping. I enjoy a relaxing type of massage. I'm not into being poked or anything deep. Beth does such a good job, that most of the time, I find myself falling asleep during my massage. She has great hands!
